How to Organize a Fridge Condiment Turntable
Gather small bottles and jars onto a fridge turntable so you do not have to move the front row every time.

Remove scattered bottles

Take all condiment bottles and small jars from the same shelf.
Seeing them together reveals duplicates, expired items, and empty containers.
Do not return swollen, spoiled, or expired food.
Wipe the shelf

Clean sticky rings with a damp cloth, then dry the shelf.
A clean shelf helps the turntable spin and keeps the area easier to maintain.
Do not leave the fridge door open longer than needed.
Clean bottles and caps

Wipe residue from each bottle and around the cap.
Clean bottles will not make the turntable sticky again right away.
Replace or discard badly leaking bottles.
Set the turntable

Place the clear turntable in the center of the shelf and check that it spins level.
A stable turntable keeps small bottles from tipping.
Do not let it hit the door seal.
Put tall bottles near center

Arrange taller bottles near the center and small jars around the edge.
Center weight makes the turntable more stable.
Avoid crowding glass bottles together.
Spin once to test

Turn it gently once and watch for tipping or catching.
A real spin test shows if the tray is too full.
Do not spin hard enough to throw bottles off.
Move rare items back

Keep rarely used jars behind and daily items on the turntable.
Limited turntable space should serve what you reach for most.
Check opened condiments regularly.
Wipe weekly

Once a week, rotate the tray and wipe moisture from the tray and bottle bottoms.
Small maintenance prevents sticky buildup from returning.
Discard food immediately if it shows signs of spoilage.
